    Being an EPA-certified lead contractor means our employees who handle lead-based paint have received proper training and certification through an accredited state program. We adhere to established guidelines for renovation project notifications, pre-renovation education, work practices, and record keeping when dealing with lead-based paints.

    Yes, Arnold's Home Improvement carries $2 million in general and professional liability insurance, as well as worker's compensation insurance. For added peace of mind, all of our employees have undergone criminal background checks.

    Arnold's Home Improvement has been serving customers for 35 years. We started as Arnold's Roofing in 1990 and have since expanded our services to become a comprehensive home improvement company.

    We've developed a unique 7-point value home improvement implementation process to ensure smooth project management and communication. This systematic approach helps us manage projects efficiently and provides homeowners with peace of mind throughout the renovation process.

  • Is it true that you do not require payment until I am 100% satisfied with my project?

    For most jobs, we do not require any upfront payment or deposit. Payment is due only after you are completely satisfied with our work, ensuring your peace of mind and our commitment to quality.

  • Do you belong to professional associations?

    Yes, Arnold's Home Improvement is actively involved in several professional organizations. We maintain an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, hold Atlas Pro Plus Platinum Level Contractor and Owens Corning Preferred Contractor status, and are members of various trade associations including the Professional Remodelers Organization and local chambers of commerce.

  • Is your office staffed? What are your hours of operation?

    Our full-time office is staffed Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our professional and knowledgeable staff is available to assist with scheduling free estimates, answering questions, and addressing any other inquiries you may have.

  • Tell me about your home improvement estimators.

    Our estimators are experienced professionals, many of whom have progressed through various roles within our company. They undergo extensive field training and complete Owens Corning's Top of the House program. Our owner, Jason Arnold, maintains his expertise by completing at least 30 hours of continuing education every three years.
