Challenge
These homeowners in Milan, MI called us with what they thought were concerns of drainage. They noticed every time it rained water would pool around their foundation and seep into their home. They were concerned about their foundation and the overall drainage capability around their home.
Solution
When our inspector arrived he took a look at the problem and realized that the homeowners were not totally correct in their assessment. He determined that the cause of the problem stemmed from their gutters which were too small and were not collecting enough rain water. As a result, water would frequently overflow and spill over. The water would then collect around the foundation and seep into the home. We were able to install larger gutters and add support where multiple roof valley's met!
