Arnold's Home Improvement uses a simple process to ensure your home improvement project is a success. We divide our process into seven simple steps to minimize hassle and provide you with a complete and comprehensive picture of your project.
Step 1 – Free, No-Hassle Consultation and Estimate
At your free, no-hassle consultation, we discuss with you the preliminary scope of your project, the compatibility between you and Arnold's Home Improvement and your budget. We also provide a free written cost estimate for almost all projects at this meeting. Written estimates for special projects are provided at a follow-up appointment. Step 2 – Discussion and Q&A
Rest assured, we do not hire pushy and annoying salespeople, or resort to high-pressure sales tactics or tricks. We want you to feel comfortable with our process and asking us questions. We take the time to answer all of your questions before moving forward. Feel free to peruse some of the most frequent home improvement questions we get asked.
Step 3 – Plan Decision and Scope of Work
A specific project plan is determined. Any necessary modifications are made to the plan at this stage. A detailed scope of work is also defined at this point.
Step 4 – Contract Signed
Arnold’s Home Improvement and homeowner enter into an agreement for mutually-determined and agreed-upon home improvement work.
Step 5 – New Customer Consultation Meeting
We meet with you and go through our New Customer Checklist to confirm that you are aware of our process from beginning to end. At this meeting, we review who your dedicated Arnold’s Home Improvement job foreman and customer service rep is. We will also review the details of your project. In addition, it is at this meeting that you will look at samples, available colors, and materials for your project. We will spend as much time as needed for you to decide on the right color scheme and materials for your project. We also want to be courteous to the homes surrounding our projects. Prior to us starting work on your home, we inform your neighbors of our upcoming job.
Step 6 – Project Begins
Materials are ordered and we contact you to schedule the start of your project. Daily project updates will be provided via phone or email. Once the project is complete, we will schedule a walk through with the crew leader to ensure the work was done to your 100% satisfaction. Once you are 100% satisfied, payment is made and your warranty (if applicable) begins.
Step 7 – Post-Project Survey & Referral
At the end of every project, we ask customers to complete a short customer satisfaction survey. We want to address any issue you may have and correct them immediately so you are 100% completely satisfied. Referrals are very important to our business, so after you are 100% satisfied with the results of your project, we will ask you if you know anyone who may also need our services.
