Challenge
This customer was having trouble with very drafty windows in her 3 seasons room. The room was always cold and uncomfortable.
Solution
Our initial solution was to replace her old windows with new energy-efficient vinyl windows. However, when we started removing the old windows, we discovered a much bigger problem. She had an infestation of carpenter ants that were destroying the wood around her windows. She had a professional come out to inspect her home and then treat the situation to prevent future recurrence. Once that issue was handled properly, we were able to move forward with her window project. We replaced the damaged wood, replaced the windows and added new siding for an updated energy-efficient look! The customer was very happy with her new, warm 3 seasons room.
