Challenge
The customer needed a lower step into her bathtub. She had an outdated tub with glass doors that did not provide the stability that she needed to hold onto. She was scared of slipping and falling and was on a very limited budget.
Solution
After some deliberation, our best solution was to install a much lower bathtub and install sturdy hand rails to help her with stability. In the end, we gave the customer exactly what they wanted a price that she could afford. As long as the customer is happy so are we!
