What made you choose our company:

Arnold's sales representative Mark Diver was great to work with and gave us an estimate to re-roof an outbuilding. We paid a deposit in summer of 2021 and had the old roof removed prior to the expected installation date of the new roof. One of Arnold's managers (who I have been told is no longer with the company) wanted to back out of the Agreement, because they supposedly could not find a roofing crew to do the job. However, as we had already torn off the old roof, and were heading into the fall season, it would have been virtually impossible to find another roofing contractor to do the job before spring of 2022, so Arnold's crew leader, Dave Evans, agreed to do the job himself, with the assistance of a couple of others. Dave did a great job on the roof, from what I can tell. My main negative comment about the company is that they significantly under-estimated the amount of wood that would need to be replaced, and the associated cost by many thousands of dollars, which was quite a sticker shock for us when we received the final bill.
