After the "micro burst" we needed a new roof.  I live in a six unit condominium.  We chose Arnold's from Angie's List.  The gentleman who came to our meeting was very informative and answered all our questions. After comparing prices, we decided to go with his company.  We were told it would take approx. a week, and with 2 rain delays, it was completed in a timely manner.  When the crew arrived each morning, they went right to work.  Everyone was very polite and considerate of our daily needs. We had a double tear off on the roof, so a lot of material was removed each day.  When the crew left each day, the entire area was very clean.  You wouldn't have thought anyone was working there.  They found a few minor problem  with gutters and replaced them free of charge.  They also painted areas after the roof was put on.  We all agreed that this was one of the best experiences we have had with a crew.  We couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Referred by a friend, the local homeowners contacted Arnold's to have skylights installed in their home. "Even though there have been bumps due to unforeseen weather circumstances the customer service provided by the salesman, operations manager and project manager has been outstanding! The constant contact and follow up and the professional attitude has kept us very happy customers!"

From the initial visit for an estimate to the follow up after the work was completed their whole team was easy to work with and very helpful and the work was top notch quality. Brandi Cowell, the Operations Manager, was very professional and made the entire process easy and seamless. She kept me updated on the required reschedules that were due to weather and was a pleasure to work with. I could not recommend Arnold's highly enough. They certainly have all of my future home improvement business.

Our home was badly damaged by a hail storm in 2012.  Arnolds was contacted to look at the property and provide an estimate of the damage.  One of the owners of the company, Jason Arnold, worked with us and our insurance company to assess the damage and provided a plan to fix our home.  Jason met with us and detailed his plan to fix the house, giving several recommendations as to shingle and siding types and styles.  He knows the products.  The project included two new skylights, siding and roofing the entire house, a complete tear off of the roof,  as well as having gutters installed.   Jason gave  a time frame to fix the house and they were able to stick by it.  The weather cooperated and the job was done quickly with limited interruption of our lives.  The crew was professional and friendly and went out of their way to be sure the yard was cleaned up. This was very important as we  just had a new puppy added to the family as well as having three very active kids.   Jason personally visited us while the construction was occurring to see how it was going and if we had any issues. He also did an inspection at the end of the job.  The roof and siding look great and we have received many compliments about our home.

I received excellent service from my salesman Don, the project manager, and contractors. They all made sure that I understood the products offered and answered all my questions. The installation of windows and siding are perfect. The contractors arrived on time and worked hard all day. I'm very happy with the finished product.  

I Love my new Deck. It is Beautiful! Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to please us. Everything was cleaned up to perfection. They even introduced my Golden Retriever to the new Deck. She loved it too. Arnolds is the best!

Arnold's did a great job on our roof. Everyone that we worked with was very helpful and patient with us. Everything was thoroughly explained to us. Our roof is beautiful and they left our yard spotless. We have already told all our friends about Arnold's, we will definitely use them in the future. 

I used them in 2012 to replace some windows and the sliding door onto my rear deck. Then in 2013 I used them to replaced floor to ceiling windows on either side of my front door. Total window height is about 10 feet. I also replaced the last sliding picture window in the house. Both times the work was done quickly and professionally. Both times I have received follow up calls to check on my satisfaction with their work and to make sure that all was well. In 2014, I called them about a potential problem with my sliding deck door. A technician looked over the door, explained that what I thought was a problem was actually a matter of adjustment, and then made the adjustment while showing me how to do it, should the need arise in the future. I was not charged for this service call. I have already received a call from them this month to see if I need any service on the products they have installed and to see if I potentially have any projects lined up for this summer. Needless to say, I would use them again in a heart beat.

John did a really nice job on my bathroom! Its really nice and I Love my new tub, everything is fine. I am Happy! Thank you guys so much and we didn't go into debt over this either. Again, Thank you.
