I used them in 2012 to replace some windows and the sliding door onto my rear deck. Then in 2013 I used them to replaced floor to ceiling windows on either side of my front door. Total window height is about 10 feet. I also replaced the last sliding picture window in the house. Both times the work was done quickly and professionally. Both times I have received follow up calls to check on my satisfaction with their work and to make sure that all was well. In 2014, I called them about a potential problem with my sliding deck door. A technician looked over the door, explained that what I thought was a problem was actually a matter of adjustment, and then made the adjustment while showing me how to do it, should the need arise in the future. I was not charged for this service call. I have already received a call from them this month to see if I need any service on the products they have installed and to see if I potentially have any projects lined up for this summer. Needless to say, I would use them again in a heart beat.

The roof was replaced in one day, siding looks perfect and the gutters are just as equally amazing! The crew was meticulous and pleasurable to work with.

My husband and I just had a new roof and gutters put on our home. We had a representative from Arnold's Home Improvement stop to give us an estimate and we were very pleased with the fair pricing. He showed interest in our concerns, pleasant and knowledgable. We met our on site supervisor and our roofers who worked very hard in very hot tropical weather and completed our job without a glitch.

I was so happy especially with all of the rain and issues I had with my roof I did not want any further damage. The installer worked very hard to finish my roof in a timely manner and the professionalism and courtesy from the daily calls and updating me on the progress of my job I received from the operations manager was outstanding. I would recommend anyone to Arnold's for their roofing needs.

I was very pleased with my experience with Arnold's they came out did a roof, garage, window and gutters. I was impressed with the professionalism of the company, they were on time and did it in the time they said it would be done. They clean up after the work they perform and it looks amazing. I was shocked to be 100% satisfied considering I am so picky! I will use them again for sure!

Rick was knowledgeable about the products we were interested in, the estimate was provided right on the spot, he agreed to adhere to our time schedule and we couldn't think of any areas where Rick or Arnold's Home Improvement would need to improve.

Arnold's came out and gave us an estimate. When they removed the siding, the entire back wall had suffered major water rot and mold damage. They immediately contacted us to let us know there would be much more work than anticipated. They were very open and up front on what would need to be done to repair our home. The crew went above and beyond our expectations. The operations manager even assisted us in getting our roof covered by our insurance company and walking us through the claim process! Arnold's will be our only construction company option!

Our experience with Arnold's Home Improvement was made more tolerable by Carl who went out of his way to accomodate our needs during the remodel of our bathroom. His work is flawless and his attention to detail was impressive. He worked fast and efficiently without sacrificing quality. Employees like Carl are hard to find. Thanks again, Carl!   I will keep Anrold's in mind for any other work that comes up.
